I love the chocolate flavor and the product's low-carb features. Trutein is my go-to whey protein.

This is the best protein when it comes to mixing smoothly. Tastes great as well.

I am astonished by how much this taste like real eggnog. I did add a touch of nutmeg on top, But even without the nutmeg it tastes so much like eggnog and even has the same consistency. I simply shook it up with a little bit of ice and almond milk and it is good to go and it's absolutely delicious. I'm excited to have a healthier alternative to eggnog this holiday season.

This protein covers all the types therefore it seems to break down differently in my body.

I tend to be a die hard Quest fan, but I decided to branch out to try trutein. The cinnamon bun flavor is really delicious. It has a strong cinnamon flavor, and a buttery vanilla taste. It is sweet, but I would not recommend using this as a shake. It makes a really thick shake with a bit of a chalky aftertaste. It bakes wonderfully though, without sacrificing any flavor. I bought this based on other peoples reviews, it's not good, in fact it tastes awful! I tried it with milk and water, milk is slightly more tolerable but not by much I have no clue how I"m going to drink 4 lbs of this crap, it leaves a bad after taste too.
