The machine came in a box that was easy to open. The instructions for assembly were clear and straightforward to understand, which made assembling it effortless and fast; it took less than twenty-five minutes. Thanks to the design, I was able to get a complete workout doing a thirty to forty-minute session. An advantage of this product is its design: compact, practical, and the fact that it is foldable makes it simple to store. After having owned the machine for over a month, I can already see a difference in my arms and legs, and soon, my abdomen will follow suit. The routines are also customizable because it is not only a rowing machine but also a weight machine which employes resistance cables for arm conditioning. The design also allows one to have a drink of water via a cup holder, and the front allows for the listening of music or the viewing of videos through one's phone because there is a phone stand. Overall, it is an excellent machine with many benefits and a magnificent investment for quarantine and after.

This machine is perfect. I get really great back and arm workouts without having a collection of weights but what I love the most is that it can be easily stored and out of the way. I can get an awesome workout while I have a little down time in the privacy of my own home. I highly recommend

With the whole pandemic we are all going thru this is a good way to keep myself busy at home. Been working out every since I got it and I love the fact that I'm working out several body parts in one machine! Highly recommend it!! I have a small house so this fits perfectly in my back patio connected to my room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The direction to put this together are very simple and easy to follow. The parts come in a strip that all open individually. Once together the mechine takes up less space then I originally thought that it would. I like that's it's a full body workout when using the mechine. The strength training setting that uses just your arms is a great upper body workout that leaves you feeling like you just lifted weights at the gym.

Especially with the quarantine and the gyms being closed this machine had been a lifesaver for me!! The work out, isn't simple. But it's not complicated. You feel the burn. During these trapped inside times when gyms are closed, this fills the gap! Even my kids are using it!

At the moment that mostly all gyms are closed down do to covid restrictions this is a great machine for upper body workouts. The best part about it is that it's like a row boat so great for practicing or even just to work out. I do feel like if you do it with one just one arm it gets tighter than if you do it with both hands. It only took my husband 30 minutes to build from the box to setting it up. It does come with all the screws it needs and the drivers needed to install. One thing that mine was missing was that on the manual it said the display had batteries included. Which by the time I had mine opened and ready to try out it didn't have the batteries. It is not a big deal because it doesn't need any different ones that what most people usually have at home. It only needed 2 aaa batteries. The machine is super mommy friendly it has a cup holder for coffee. Or water. It also has a slot to hold an iPhone or any other phone around the same size as the iPhone. Which is great to catch up on shows or YouTube videos while exercising. The area where you put your feet on also has a strap so your feet don't just move around which is great. The display screen is a nice touch if you get it to work. On the manual it says it's supposed to power on once you start moving but mine was having a hard time doing it. My husband made sure that everything was connected the way that it shows in the manual and we couldn't get it to do what it says. Other than that the machine is great for upper body work out. And also a plus is if you want to be able to store it away for a while it has the option to fold it for easier storage purposes.

It was easy to put together, and comes with all the necessary tools. I really like how it folds up to a smaller size. All in all a great full body work out in a smaller package.

This Body Power 3-in-1 Rowing Machine has made a very nice addition to my home routine. One of my biggest things I'm self conscience about is my arms. So naturally I was ecstatic to begin using this row machine. My favorite part is the fact that the arms move independently and are more natural feeling, just as if you were actually rowing a boat. The second thing I like is the LCD screen that tells you your workout time, your row count, and your calories burned. There are 8 different resistance levels, and to be honest I keep mine at 8. The reason for the 4 stars is because I wish there were higher resistance options. But I get that doing reps is more likely to tone. Perhaps that's why it has just the 8 resistance levels. I will mention that assembly was very easy, the instructions are very clear and it's actually possible to get together in less than 10 minutes. This machine also comes with handles so instead of a rowing motion, you can simply curl these, or pull them to your chest. I am seeing major differences in my arms and absolutely love working out on this machine. I would absolutely recommend!
