My bench was delivered after 6 days after purchased! After it was easily assembled I tighten up all of the nuts

Good all around
This adjustable bench Is a great piece of equipment to have in a small gym set up. Gives you all the positions needed to perform benchpress and a wide variety of dumbbell exercises. It is stable in all positions, lightweight easy to move around, and you cant beat the price. I definitely recommend the Body power adjustable bench.

Like most of it. But would like it to have feet holders for decline position. No stability in the decline position.
