steal of a price, very sturdy and smaller than the full rack. perfect size for 1.5 car garage. i can still park my car inside with the set up and a boxing bag hanging.
Bought this about a month ago 7-2020 looks great and handles what weight i put on it.
Affordable, easy to assemble, sturdy, solid built. Perfect for building your own gym home. love it!
High quality and is holding up very well
Wonder product easy to assemble
Overall rack is great. Has all the settings for military press, incline, flat bench, decline, squat, etc. When lifting heavy I am able to use the inside of the rack. The dip bars work great and are strong and the pull up bars are good. Was also able anchor tree straps for a cable pulley to the frame and attach a landmine attachment. The only thing that is not good about it are the J-Cups. The J-Cups stick out too much and the lip is too high and is also missing a back guard where your bar will scrape the frame. However, there is a solution to this. Go to Grind Fitness, and they have a rack with similar dimensions and order the Chaos4000 J-Cups $45. These fit perfect and will protect the frame. I did cut down the lip on these as well but that is just personal preference. I left the link and included a picture of the J-Cups. https://thegrindfitness.com/collections/all-products/products/alpha1000-j-cups-pair?variant=39706687373366
Great piece of equipment. Was able to asmble by myself. Im 230 and can do pull ups and dips no issue. Psckages comes in two boxes
This is a great quality rack for a good price when it comes to a home gym. The only issue I have is the rack is much too shallow to perform squats inside the rack. However, you can simply do them outside the rack. It's a nice addition to a home gym, even a center piece. If you have the money to spare, purchase one with with a bit more depth. Still a great quality home gym rack. Also, the holes to bolt the rack to the ground/platform are a bit over 4 foot so BE CAREFUL. I built a deadlift platform that had a 4ft wide (standard) center and the holes to bolt it down stretch a bit past 4ft which gave me issues bolting it down.
It's not real heavily built
