In general, I liked the quality of the exercycle, but there were some minor issues on the fan grill portion of the bike in that there were some slightly bent pieces. Also, the bike does not operate as smoothly when starting to pedal. I must have the pedals in a specific place, which I am not used to, but I am getting used to it. Also a small piece fell out of the item when it was being removed from the carton, and we were never sure where it belonged, but may have something to do with the bent pieces on the fan grill. It did not affect operation that I can see. Overall, the bike meets my needs, especially the grip bars by the seat. I injured my right arm before delivery and must use one grip bar until my arm has healed.

Purchased this for my mom who is 65 years of age, she needed something to work her arms and legs and supports her back this bike works great; she loves it! The initial set-up was faulty they sent the technician back and he tightened , twisted or did what needed to be done to make the noise go away. She uses it daily. I highly recommend this for its over all functionality and ease of use.

The product was at a good price and it was not that hard to put together. Only time will tell how the performance and durability hold up but I hope it will.

Just like other reviews. It came defected. Bend at the wheel. If you go too fast it makes a knocking sound. The chain also hits the fan. Don't buy this item.

It makes so much noise and a very loud squeak noise every time you pedal. I'm gonna ask for my money back.

My stationary bike was partially assembled last Monday. He couldn't finish because he said that he was missing a part He was supposed to come back the next day. He still hasn't come. A new guy was supposed to come today and didn't show do to car accident. Now he is supposed to be here tomorrow. I am getting a little frustrated.

Had the bike two weeks. Worked great, just what I need to rehab a knee (downhill skier). After two weeks a GRIND appeared and I saw a screw pop out on the floor. This came from an internal problem in the fan wheel which came assembled from the factory. I didn't feel like taking it apart because it might void the warranty. The factory didn't answer the phone, told me to go to the website. I did, and sent in my request for help. Taking it back to local store with Walmart's GREAT return policy!! Just ordered a Marcy AIR-1 which I used at a friend's house and it works great for him.

Everything was fine with it except it was missing the critical piece that kept the seat from going forward and back. Some round screw nob and can not reach anyone or figure out how to get that part sent

Terrible customer service. We have had problems with this bike the moment we bought it! It continues to break. DO NOT BUY

bike arrived with missing parts. after several calls, parts are to be here in a week..... i hope. doesn't sound promising
