Highly recommend this one!
I love this kettlebell and it's the perfect size and weight for a beginner. It's not too heavy and it's easy to hold. It's got a comfortable handle that is smooth and easy to grip. It comes with an exercise guide that shows you different types of exercises and ways to use it. It can be challenging at first but it's very fun once you get use to the different techniques and exercises that are available to do with kettlebells. The price is great and definitely worth it to buy. It's a great way to tone your body and it's easy to adjust to. I definitely recommend this to anyone who like to exercise while having a fun workout.
