Same as I used in Physical Therapy.
After I dislocated my shoulder, during physical therapy, we either did 10 reps or 3 minutes of the different exercises. After finishing my allotted PT, I kept up the exercises at home. So I bought the same unit they used in PT. This will be my second one. The first one is still working, but I set up a second workout area and this one will remain there.

Great purchase
Wow, this is actually great. Just bought a second one. I use for my exercise and the new one is on my refrigerator for use in the kitchen. Super easy to use. Loud. Very happy

Timer and Stopwatch
We needed a timer for competition that kept track of actual time (counting up) but also would count down for practice. This was a great affordable option that is easy to use and a great size.

Too soft.
I have to carry this around with me in order to hear it when it sounds it's tone. I need a timer that can be heard from at least five feet away. I had to throw the last one away because the tone was too soft. This one was a little bit louder. I will keep looking, though.
