The 7 lbs is where I should have started, but now I've worked back down to it. I would recommend it for sure as the start to make sure you are going to do the workouts and as a bonus get your forms down. 20%23 doesn't sound like anything until it's four feet away from you.

Happy with the feel and came as advertised. This is a good weight for getting the hang of mace training and learning proper form, etc

I wish the handle was more solid instead of hallow. Weight seems somewhat uneven. But I can fill it later if needed. Happy with it! Especially for the $!

Great for working out your arms. Allows you to be a bit more creative than dumbbells.
