I've used this for a month now and I love it! I could feel the difference in my back/spine after only a few uses. It was a bit time consuming to put together but the instructions were mostly clear (as long as I didn't skip ahead lol). It was a little scary at first hanging upside down but somewhat quick to get used to. The only thing I would add is a cup/phone holder, as I use my phone for a timer and it's a little crazy to hold on to the handles as well as my phone lol. I would definitely recommend for anyone needing a little extra chiro!! As far as delivery goes, I feel that they could have left it closer to the front door instead of at the edge of the carport by the road.

The first time used the table I felt relief from my lower back pain. I actually heard my back pop every time I use it. I would fully recommend this table to anyone with back pain. However it's not easy to assemble, as I got a friend to help me. It's at least a 90 minute job, if not longer but well worth it. Why spend 200-300 hundred when this table does the same thing for less than a hundred.

It works great. I am 59 247 pounds and I feel confident in the hold. It has a strap for your ankle and a mechanical press to hold your ankles. The straps will not fit around my ankles. But the Machanical press holds them very confidently. And if you measure it exactly to your bodies height, you really don't need any help flipping over.

This comes in a large box, so you have to put everything together. At first it looks very stressful with all the pieces in the box, but there's a nice instruction booklet that describes everything perfectly! All I done was just look at the pictures. It took me about a hour. It's great quality, and I definitely feel comfortable whenever I'm on it. I honestly love how smooth it is. You can control every movement just by your arms! it's actually pretty neat. Locking your legs in place is very comfortable, and it has a very great quality lock on it, so you're definitely not going anywheres... I feel very safe whenever I'm on it. It's actually very fun and relaxing when you get used to it. It takes a lot of room when it's set up, but there's a safety pin that's removable that folds the legs, so this definitely helps save a ton of room, plus it has two wheels on the legs which makes moving it so much easier! I pretty much have this leaning on the wall whenever im not using it. I would recommend giving this a try to see if it will benefit your body like it did with me. Just remember there's a return policy on this, so even if you try it for a month and don't like it you're not wasting nothing. I was very nervous on getting something like this on some of the negative things I heard about it, but In the end I must say it helped my back pain, plus it definitely helped leg pain also!. whenever you see this for sale that's under $100.. it's definitely a great deal.. actually it's a phenomenal deal.

when you buy something that helps your physical well-being what more could you want. this has helped my back issue I wish I would have bought it months ago

Took about 30 minutes to put together, directions were fair, could have been much larger print :) All tools needed to assemble are supplied, but much easier if you have a socket set..lol Overall very pleased, sturdy and I felt safe using it.

Easy to assemble despite the terrible instructions. $50 cheaper than amazon. Shipping took a week. Using daily starting to see results after a week of use. highly recommend

Secure and safe, has 2 settings times 3 angles, hence 6 positions. Helped me big time!is like having the chiro at home!

Well, putting this together takes patience. Even after assembling… the arm rests are a little loose. But once you assemble it yourself, it's easier trusting it when you hang at an angle. The handle at the bottom, that you pull to lock your feet in is hard to pull on, especially if you have a bad back like I do. The good? Hanging on this has helped my L5, which was jutting 50% over my S1

This unit definitely help with back pains and pressures. Great price instructions could be a little better.
