A go to drink for pregnancy and breastfeeding!
I first started drinking BodyArmor drinks about a year ago while I was pregnant. I had really bad morning sickness and Gatorade made it worse and I needed something to keep me hydrated. These drinks were amazing! Most of them taste pretty good but my favorite is the Fruit Punch. It tastes like a Capri Sun but has vitamins and electrolytes. Now that my son has been born, I'm still drinking them at least once a day. the coconut water in them has been really good for my milk supply while breastfeeding and they really help keep me hydrated. Definitely a go to for a pregnant or breastfeeding mama!

Great
These are great. I use to get leg cramps awful during summer months no matter what I drank. Since switching to these the problem has gone away.

Love the Vitamins and Less sugar. Good for people who can't take vitamins. Plus its delicious! It being in a resealable bottle helps with travel.

NOT Fruit Punch Flavor
It smells like fruit punch but it sure doesn't taste like fruit punch! It tastes like sour "mediciny" water. I only drank about 1/2 of it because it wasn't a pleasant experience. It was like drinking cold medicine in that you only drink it because you have to. I gave it 3 stars only because I don't know if it really works for dehydration or not so I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt.

Stop adding unneeded sweeteners
Used to be good. I look for drinks with cane sugar ONLY. The ingredients changed. Adding stevia makes it worse. Will not be purchasing again.
