We switched from the liquid BodyBio PC to this capsule BodyBio PC because it's more value for money as the liquid version sticks to the bottle and is very thick so you don't get the full amount. Whereas with the capsule, you know you're getting the full amount. I like this PC because it has a nice blend of other phospholipids too.

I bought a child on the advice of a respected Naturodok (I saw this manufacturer in the recommended ones). Liposomal phosphatidylcholine is much better absorbed. Good for the nervous system. It is the main lipid for the nutrition of cell membranes in the body, including the membranes of mitochondria - our energy stations. It is also an emulsifier that is needed for fat and cholesterol metabolism and liver detox. The choline in phosphatidylcholine is important for neurocognitive health. I recently started using this product to help with breaking down the fats in my diet. Before, I used to get fatigue, sweats and blurred vision after fatty meals. Now, I feel nothing of the above and can get on with my life. I must note that in conjunction with this product I'm using ox bile 125 mg twice daily.

I was so energised and focus when I took this product: it gave me a lot of focus and strength to my brain. I was working full time and in the evening having some personal development courses- at 9 p.m I was all into learning and understanding and remembering. Important to say: it was winter time usually when we are less energised. I will ask my nutritionist if I can have it more often this supplement without any other side effects for my brain.

This product did not arrive a moment too soon as I just heard Dave Asprey speaking to the founder of Body Bio on his podcast and they spoke about the enormous benefits for cellualr energy and detox. In particular they discussed that this product should not be used to detroy microplastics..and this is a new one! It takes a while to show significant benefits but thrilled to be starting this one!

Have only been taking this supplement for a week but have really felt so much better mentally and dont seem to have so much brain fog. It a very good quality product and doing my research this brand came out on top. It has no nasty fillers. Its a little bit expensive but its worth the money. Also good for your liver.

I love the formula of this product, I take it for cell membrane repair however I am very upset about the size of the soft gels there are humongous I have to squeeze out the thick paste inside them and then dilute it in water in order to take it, the taste is fine, I am yet to see results long term, too early to tell if it works but I have read really good reviews so I am hopeful it will be of benefit.

This has a large capsule and has a bit of a smell to the product. There is no taste or aftertaste. I am taking to help with brain function and overall cognition and concentration. It's been about a week, I have yet to see a noticeable difference, but it needs more time. This brand is known for being clean and high quality.

I have been taking BodyBio PC for almost a month now and unfortunately I still haven't felt any difference or improvement with my memory or focus. I was very much looking forward to feeling more focus, especially after reading all the positive reviews. I will still keep giving them a go and hope an improvement will happen.
