Bodycology Santal Dreams Shea Butter Body Cream, 8 oz

**(I received this product for free for honest review)** I am comparing this to big name brand lotion company that is massive. I always go there and buy their lotion. But they don't make my hands/skin soft. I have alway seen bodycology lotion but this time I decided to try it. It had made my skin so so soft. I love my new skin. I used to have extremely dry skin. I put on this lotion at lease 2x a day. I have already noticed the difference in my skin. Lotion is very creamy and scent is good. I highly recommend this to anyone that's looking for a great lotion and great price.

I was a little skeptical to try this gifted body cream from Bodycology, but I am SO GLAD I did!!! It isn't greasy, absorbs quickly, and leaves behind a buttery smoothness that is my actual skin and not the product. My skin is softer, bouncier (if that makes sense) and is moisturized. The scent is soft and subtle but lasts all day as well. One of my favorite parts is that even when I apply it at night after my shower and go to sleep, I wake up to soft skin - not dirty feeling greasy sheets! Thank you Bodycology!!!!

The santal dreams smells of violets from my garden! It's such a nice scent, especially with the weather being so gross where I'm at. It's thick, but not so thick that you can't really get it on nicely. I will say, it is a nice quality because whenever I use it, I don't have dry skin. Even hours and hours later. Overall, smells great, formula is too and I would purchase. I did receive this product for free for my honest opinion.

I've been using this body cream daily after showers and it keeps my skin feeling really soft and hydrated without being greasy. The scent is warm and a little sweet, and it actually lasts for a good amount of time without being overwhelming. I like that it absorbs quickly so I can get dressed right after using it. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the scent might not be for everyone if you prefer something lighter or more fresh. Overall though, it's a great everyday moisturizer and I would definitely purchase again.

I only applied it to my hands because I wasn't sure if I was going to like the scent or not. I wash my hands a lot through the day which causes my hands to be on the drier side. The lotion has shea butter which I love and I did find it really moisturizing but not too greasy. The only thing I couldn't get past was the scent; it smelled like pencil shavings(?) to me. If it weren't for the scent, I'd give it a higher rating.

The overall quality of this lotion is great. Very moisturizing and definitely does the job a body cream should do. The scent is terrible. I had to wash it off. Even after I washed it off it was still lingering. Couldn't give it away. Would purchase this brand (hence the 3 stars) but would steer clear of this scent.
