While this one came from a different company than the other one that I ordered (which was out of stock when I ordered this one, and needed a second one pronto), it works, but it is not as sturdy as the other. You can't use it in either direction, which for me, makes getting into the tub a bit uncomfortable, but not as uncomfortable as not having it at all.
