Perfect Aminos was recommended by my doctor. Been using it for several months. Not sure if I've seen any effects from it but I know if my doctor recommended it it's necessary and the brand is of high quality. My overall health has improved tremendously since using it along with other supplements. Walmart had the best price in addition to free shipping. What a great value!

I'm not sure if I've noticed a difference in how I feel. The product seems to be more expensive than what is reasonable.

You have to take too many pills. They recommend taking five capsules three times per day. That's way too many.

It's a great blend of essentials! I do a lot of fasting, simply because I have digestion issues with my stomach and colon, and I'm also on a plant-based diet. These allow me to maintain my muscle mass, keep my focus, repair my body all at only one to two meals a day! (I do have Source of Life liquid I take also). Also, my father at 77 feels a night and day difference when he doesn't take them. at his age he naturally eats very little. Taking a handful of these every day has kept him active and doing his 1 hour exercise routine every day!
