I ordered two of these, to alternate them as they warmed up, about 30-40 minutes. They are extremely cold upon taking out of freezer, very ply able, wrapped nicely around my knee, I had a total knee replacement… ICE IS YOUR BEST FRIEND, ice and keep your knee elevated. I used a small hand towel on the skin of my knee before placing the ice pack on my knee. WISH I HAD THESE EARLIER, very helpful. *Hint. Purchase these before you actually have surgery.

I would recommend this ice pack for daily use for neck relief. It is great quality and it provides the right level of cold for neck and upper neck relief. I would repurchase if I needed to.

Great ice pack, recommended by my physical therapist. It is very pliable and does not harden when frozen. The urethane looks like it will hold up well.
