Very nice size cold relief ice packs. I bought two of these and glad I did. They are 14”x11” in size. Covers my mid center area of back plus alittle more. Exactly where I need the pain relief. They are flexible and remain this way at all times. Holds the coldness for extended period of time. When one is freezing I can use the other one. They are nicely filled, hold in place, and retain shape well. So all areas of back pain receive the full coldness from the cold pack. Highly recommended.

love the size! no more trying to use multiple small ice packs on large areas, like my back. Ice pack gets cold and stays flexible so it molds easily to areas like legs, shoulders, knees, etc. Also nice to use to cool down in the summer heat. Great purchase.

That the gel ice can get the parts of my body that a stiff ice cannot. And it lasts no matter how long I leave it in the refrigerator. Very reliable ice pack!

I like the weight and size of this ice pack because it's perfect for my lower back and knee. It is made of a really thick material so I'm not worried about it leaking.

It stays cold for an hour before it needs to go back into the freezer. It's the exact same as physical therapy. They probably only ice for about 10 minutes or so. Gratitude from So Cal.
