I bought this creatine because it's the cheapest per gram I could find and I take 10 grams a day. Overall, it's not bad. It has a slightly bitter taste when mixed in my water and I am holding a little more water weight than I usually am. It's not the cleanest in terms of consumption but it appears to get the job done. I'm having no other side effects. My only wish is that the scoop handle should be longer. It's a short scoop so my hand has to get into the tub which the creatine gets all over my hand so I have to wash my hands after scooping it.

I haven't felt any difference on my workout even the progressive overload which I have been doing to a year now hasn't change, I increase 2.5lb increment every week and sometimes 1 rep every week.

These gave me stomach pains and frequent loose stools. I do not recommend
