smooth and rock steady
This unit is just what I needed as I'm no spring chicken anymore. It smooth and rock steady when on target. if you can't hit what you're aiming at with this you must be cross eyed. it is great for getting your gun on paper and then zeroing it in. works great with my crossbow as well.

best tripod money can buy for night hunting with the thermal or just for sighting in a freshly mounted optic if you cant do it with a deathgrip then you probably just cant do it

Very Sturdy
Very sturdy I haven't taken it to the range yet or used in the hunting blind but it does hold my rifle very securely

Great quality
I took it out to the range for the first time this weekend and I was very impressed with the quality. The quick adjustment buttons make it very easy to deploy.

Good value for dollar.
It does everything I hoped it would, as well or better than I thought it should. I'm glad I added it to my shooting/hunting toolbox. I would've given it 5 stars but I noticed a dent in one of the legs after my first use and I'm sure I didn't hit anything with it, or hit it with anything. That doesn't seem to be a common complaint, so maybe qc just missed this one.

Now that's a Tripod!
Great product! Heavy duty legs, solid head and just right clamping power. Best tripod ever except..... very heavy. Too heavy to pack around. Needs a storage bag and the head mechanism must not be tested at the factory as it was initially very cranky and only after several minutes of manipulation did it begin to operate as expected although not as smooth as hoped. Still an exceptional tripod and well worth the $

Ok for sitting in a blind
As a older hunter (70), I need help steadying the rifle for longer groundhog shots as I am walking on farms. This did not help much more than a regular pair of bipod shooting sticks. Also too bulky to carry around in the field. Quad sticks much more effective and lighter. Should be ok for hunting from a stationary blind when sitting.
