I have two babies (2 yrs and 3 yrs) which are wicked bad ... and they've scrapped five TV's now so far (throw toys into it or scratch it up with 'something'). Considering this is the sixth TV I buy (and probably not the last), I wanted both quality, but cheap (price)... I think this TV does the trick perfectly. It's not top of the line in terms of chips inside, but yet is still a smart TV and works exceptionally well with great quality, at a great price. And with Samsung, if you are an Android user, you have the amazing phone to TV integration that "just works".

During Covid we have to spend a lot of time at home. I bought this TV for an extra room so that the family can watch TV in different rooms. The TV is great and all that I expected from Samsung, including its excellent online, delivery and after purchase follow up.

It is best suited for dark or dim environments but falls short in bright rooms, for wide viewing angles, and for hardcore gaming. The aesthetics and ambient background light are great for an eclectic experience watching different shows, series, and movies that allows you to set the mood for your viewing experience. Great picture but you can see outdoor light from windows on the screen

I bought this TV in 2020, it worked ok for about 3 years, then got worse and worse and died completely after 6 years use. Initially, the TIZEN UI started getting less responsive to the point that it would take 20-30 seconds from the time I pressed a remote button to the time the tv actually responded. Then, the TV developed a black bar at the bottom, which miraculously went away after leaving it unplugged overnight. Finally, the screen died after 6 years, out of warranty, and it never turned on again. Pretty short life for an electronics device that has no moving parts and sits on a wall untouched all day.

This TV was very disappointing. I have owned another Samsung TV that still works 16 years later. I bought this model in 2022 thinking that it would be a good purchase. However, the display has become so dark that it is hard to watch anything. There are 5 round lights in the back screen of this TV but the corners are all dark. A product of such low quality should not have been released to the public.

Those worst tv in the entire world. I would take my grandmas wooden tv with 4 channels over this ridiculous thing. The software is horrible. It’s laggy and unresponsive most of the time. I press home. Wait 30 seconds for a response. Then I hit arrow over to my streaming platform… nothing then it remembers to do something and shoots passed the ap and I have to start all over again. I’ll never buy a Samsung tv. I’ll look at LG.
