Boie, Exfoliating Scrubber with Handle, Blue

I bought this to keep in my gym locker, when I'm done I shake the scrubber dry and hang on a hook, no worry about anything getting moldy or absorbing water... it's even embedded with silver to prevent bacteria growth! This makes for much more efficient use of body wash. I was concerned about how it felt on the skin, but I liked the smooth light texture feel and gave a nice small bubble lather. The little handle is a brilliant touch, really makes effective use easy. The key selling point was it being made in the USA, was happy to see that and even happier with the quality. I'm going to buy another for the shower at home. Rarely am I this pleased with a product. This would make a nice gift imho, especially if paired with a quality body wash.

I feel so clean using this! I also feel like it doesn't get gross like loofas can after a little while. It doesn't take up much room and it's super easy to travel with as well. I've had it for awhile and it has held up! I will say I need a little more soap than a loofa but it's worth it

I don't normally leave reviews but I liked this product so much I felt the need to do so. I had been considering purchasing something like this for a while, but wasn't sure about how well it would foam up compared to a loofah. I got tired of loofahs getting loose within a month and feeling like I needed to replace them frequently due to the germs they collect. That's also why I don't use other items like sponges, etc. Anyway, I was wrong to assume it wouldn't foam up well. It foams up really well, actually. The little silicone bristles feel really good when you are applying the soap and when you are using it on your body. I do have to re-soap it, but only once. I don't mind that at all, knowing that I am getting the benefits of the silicone and not having to worry about it holding on to germs like other shower tools. My only complaint is about the thing on the back that you hook between your fingers when you use it. I have yet to actually drop the thing in the shower, but sometimes it feels like it is going to slip out of my fingers and fall out. Anyway, I am extremely pleased with this product and will never go back to loofahs or sponges or anything else. I am in love with it.

Great concept but they are hard to hold in the bath tub or shower. I like big duds and these don't seem to allow as many suds as the fluffy scrubbers. I like the idea of the anti microbial properties but ahhh, too hard to hold and no suds means I probably wouldn't purchase again.

I really like the idea of the Boie products, and I also purchased the face scrubber (which I love). Unfortunately I feel the body scrubber is awkward to hold onto while using, and I don't quite feel that it holds and lathers my body soap well. I've tried using different finger holds, and I just can't get it right. Also, most of the time the silicone material ends up rubbing with only water and catches on my skin vs. the nice glide of a lathered product. I'll continue to use it for now, but may need something else in the future.

I like this product. It does a good job of exfoliating my legs which was my main reason for buying it. And I think it's neat that it sticks to the shower wall. One criticism is that it's beginning to show mildew spots on the back side where it sticks to the wall. The discolored spots don't wash away! I don't get why it's doing that. I would like it better if this wasn't happening. But I still like it better than a loofa. Loofas gross me out.

It never arrived

Loved the idea of this product as it would stay cleaner than other body scrubbers.. Couldn't keep this in my hand. Very slippery with soap on it and no way to hold on to it. My son had the same problem with his.. Tried to use for dishes and had the same problem. Threw it away.

It was so small…I thought it would be bigger size. When you wear it on your hand as suggested by the website it was almost impossible for me to wash my body because it would fall out. Might be that I needed the get used to it but I also didn't like that it didn't give lather at all. I didn't expect sponge like lather but I was hoping for some. Only thing I liked it that I put it on the wall of my shower and it still staying there! It has been more than 2 month. This reminds be to throw it away. Sorry, didn't work for me at all.

The flat body scrubber is useless. It's too large and flimsy to fit on my hand in such a way that I could use it properly. I tried cupping it without using the finger holes, and that wasn't any better. When I did manage to get some grip on it and actually rub it on my skin with some body wash, it felt awful — like rubbing a deflated rubber ball on myself — and the product wouldn't lather. I'm now using it under a potted plant to protect my table.
