I figured out you have to twist the top to the on position in order to use. I first warmed the tube up next to my body since I don't like anything cold on my knees. It worked great for my knee and ankle pain. The problem is that the tube is so small I lost it. The pain relief lasted overnight.

This gel is excellent. However, I would appreciate if the amount for the money paid would be a bit more. Thank-you.

This is terrific for minor arthritis and joint pain. It is also a star when it comes to bruises...I have used it for years and love the new roller ball applicator.

The addition of a roller is nice, so you aren't squeezing too much out to use. I use this on every bruise that crops up on my hands and legs. It works great!

The Arnicare roll on is easy and effective. I have medication that causes bruising whenever I bump my arms. It is very effective for clearing up bruising. I would like to have the ON and OFF be a different color for us old people who can't see very well. Thanks

I just got this today and have used it on my back, and I think it helps with my back pain. But, I also took a muscle relaxer, so I honestly cannot say which helped with my back pain more, but the Arnicare was cheap enough that I believe it is worth the investment.

Great application for some parts of the body. SomE parts need the gel or lotion to rub on but all in all extremely good product.
