I've been using the Boiron brand for 15 yrs. I've not had to see a Doctor or take antibiotics in 6yrs because I combat my symptoms, like sinus issues like stuffiness right away, avoiding an infection. I recommend researching alternative holistic herbs. This company makes a good product. The one down side this time is the dispenser, turning the tube, is a bit defective. So far it's about 60% of the tubes I bought this past order. I purchased 2 other Boiron tubes for sinus and body pain,etc.

It seems to be helping me. Only more time will tell.
