I've noticed a sense of calm after taking this. The pellets are easy to get out one at a time, and taste a little sweet.

Stay Calm
Ignatia Amara was recommended by a local homeopathic person because I have anxiety and do not want to take any prescription meds for it. I realize there is strychnine in this formula but the Boiron Company is a leader in homeopathic medicines, so I decided to try it and it does help. Just follow the directions.

Good, natural, recommend
Tried this for my husband who was recovering from brain surgery and settled easily. I wanted something that was more natural than the zombie inducing meds pharmaceuticals were recommending and it helped to mellow him out. He wasn't a fan of the taste though.
