My own personal life has been so full of sadness and grief lately that I knew I needed to keep something handy with me that I could really reach for. I try to keep Ignatia available because it works for me when I'm sad and disheartened. My only complaint is that these are pellets. I prefer the soft tablets that dissolve under your tongue rapidly. The price and quality are worth it though.

Anxiety Relief
I struggle with social anxiety and general anxiety…I'm always looking for a more natural approach to help with this. I've tried a lot of over the counter products with a lot of ingredients but I love this one the best. It helps calm my nerves. Sometimes I take it daily and sometimes as needed depending on the season of life I'm in. If you're already in a deep depression this may not be the fix all you need but can definitely help calm your body and nerves.
