Being a woman of their age it's hard to work and function when you always sweating. But when I feel the hot flash come on, I pop five these capsules and I certainly feel a little bit of relief like it's not like immediate relief but I can tell that I am definitely not having as bad hot flashes. Are you soon. So I normally take these like in the morning when I get up before I go to work at the plow make up and when I take my other medication. So this way through the day, I don't have as many hot flashes or heavy hot flashes as I used to. So I'm very thankful that I did find this product.

So far I have been taking these one to two week three times a day and haven't noticed a difference in my hot flashes. Am hoping they may start working.
