It works as a natural antibiotic for us, as well as our cats.
I have taken the 30c and 6c for a few years and it has the affect that it states. It has never failed me. I always get the natural relief from fatigue that I need at crucial times. It is by far better than an artificial stimulant drink. The pellets work so well you feel rested and you can go on with your day. Unlike stimulants, there are no highs and lows. I highly recommend it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot recommend this enough! Silicea helps me feel more balanced when I'm feeling run down. Better than coffee!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Experience with Boiron's Homeopathic Single Medicines: Ignatia amara, Silica, and Gelsemium sempervirens Over the past few months, I've gradually built a small collection of Boiron's Homeopathic Single Medicines, trying out a few remedies that seemed to align with different moments in my life—Ignatia amara, Silica, and Gelsemium sempervirens in particular. What drew me to these specific remedies was how each one seemed to correspond with a distinct pattern of symptoms. For example, I turned to Ignatia amara during a particularly emotional period. I was curious to see how it might help me navigate waves of tension or that feeling of being “stuck” mentally. It became part of a calming routine I looked forward to when I needed to pause and reset. Silica caught my attention because I was feeling run-down over time—like I couldn't quite bounce back from little things. I didn't expect an overnight shift, but I did notice subtle improvements in how I felt on the days I incorporated it. There's something reassuring about reaching for a remedy that feels specific, even if the results are gentle. Then there's Gelsemium sempervirens, which I tried when I was feeling foggy and physically sluggish, like my body and brain weren't quite on the same page. Whether it was the routine itself or the alignment with how I felt at the time, using it gave me a sense of taking initiative during an off week. All three remedies were easy to use—dissolving pellets that fit into my daily rhythm without adding any hassle. I like that the focus is on single ingredients, so I can be intentional about what I'm choosing, instead of guessing through a long list of combined components. And since they're generally affordable, trying out different ones over time didn't feel like a major investment. While results are personal and experiences will vary, I've found that keeping these three remedies on hand helps me feel more in tune with how I respond to everyday challenges—physically and emotionally. Of course, I always check in with my healthcare provider if anything feels persistent or unusual. Overall, Ignatia amara, Silica, and Gelsemium sempervirens have earned a place in my wellness toolkit as thoughtful options for navigating different states of mind and body.
did not help me at all . it actually caused bloating
