Stramonium allow you a deep sleep without waking. I used to take Coffee Cruda, which is also good, but it does not produce a deep enough sleep.

This product really works. It takes some time, about 2-3 weeks, but it has helped so much. Anxiety, restlessness, stress, trouble sleeping have greatly improved. There is some room for improvement so it's going to be used more to help even more than it has.

This seems to be working but it will take months to tell. This is for a person who has a dog phobia. I chose Stramonium because it is for Autistic persons, which my daughter was on the Spectrum early in her life, but also because she exhibited symptoms most closely to PTSD whenever she was around dogs. She has had no background or incidents with dogs, so I chalked it up to autism or deep seated brain disorder that fired neurons when any dog comes near. Pure fear. I started very low potency, 6C and finally worked our way up to dilutions that affect the brain/mind. Only taking 1 pill of 200C per month. She did MUCH better with the many dogs at a fiesta yesterday. Talking about her fear, but not running away and screaming with terror. We still have a ways to go, but at this pace we could be done in about 6 months? or I might have to go up to 10M potency.
