Perfect and tasty. They're fragile though, don't squish the bag like I did.

Great boba but need to know how to cook it
This brand is very good. I use it in the restaurant. If you don't know how to make it, it will end up like the other review who gave 1 star. It needs 20 mins to boil, then leave it off with the lid close for 20 mins then rinse the boba thoroughly until clrar water. The texture is nice, soft, chewy, stay soft long time. Highly recommended.

Dont get this brand
These take so long to cook and they get all gooey im guessing because of the “caramel mapel syrup” that i have to drain it and reboil. Even that doesnt work they eventually look like they are done but its just the outer area that looks ready, but you can see through that its not cooked. Even when you bite it the tapioca is not cooked its as if the starch ball is just surrounded by the black chewy part.
