I love bolt house because of their use of real fruit and the flavor doesn't seem artificial. The peach parfait smoothie is like a dessert in a hotel with healthy ingredients for me. The consistency thick enough but not too thick that it's hard to swallow. I also didn't think it was overwhelmingly sweet. For the number of calories, I think it's a good serving and I can feel safe throwing one in my lunchbox everyday as a healthy lunch time treat.

My 17 year old loves them for breakfast & after late hockey practices. They are nutritious but they also taste like a treat. Great for on the go.
