bona
bought because the head of my old one broke off i bought this one it broke 2nd time using it took it back and the price had raised to 40$ i called bona because i had bought everything for that mop and they told me to find my reciepts and they would reemburce me i buy bulk so i no longer have reciepts i am stuck with products i wont use will not buy any thing bona again this is just under my sink dwn stairs way more $ wasted(tried posting photo woldnt post)

Design flaw
I love the cleaning aspect of the mop...does a great job on the floors, however, I see from other reviews that I also have the same problem as others. The piece at the base of the mop handle that attaches to the mop head broke very easily. Must be a design flaw because I did see it posted several times. Its a shame because the cleaner itself works great.

Bona Mop
The mop worked well with the Bona Wood Floor Cleaner and Hi Gloss Polish. The problem that I have is that the mop head continually detaches itself from the mop stick when in use.

Very disappointing redesign
I have had a Bona hardwood floor mop for 5 years and it worked well. I broke the head so ordered a new mop. The new one is almost useless. It has been redesigned with a different shape head and less strong Velcro, so the weight of the mop cloth causes it to fall off when the mop is picked up off the floor. Also, the Velcro does not extend to the end of the mop head so that the cloth folds up from the ends and does not work right. Very disappointed....a piece of junk and pricey.

Cheap made, broke 2 within 5 minutes of using.
Bought 2 of these, both broke within 5 minutes, cheap made plastic that does not swivel as it is supposed to.
