This is my new favorite floor cleaner.
I love the scent of this cleaner. Please make it in a refill size!!! It's great!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it cleaned our kitchen floor very well and left a pleasant smell. no streaks and did dry quickly. sprayer head is very controlled. I usually bought the Stone, Tile and Laminate Cleaner but this one smells better.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this today and opened it up immediately. Assembled the dust mop and proceeded to dust my great room area that includes ceramic tile and wood. Excellent job! From what the pad picked up, I'm believing this will be done on a daily basis. Microfiber is extraordinary on this mop. Nice!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using Bona Hard-Surface Floor Cleaner last month because my sister raved to me about it. She has floors in her home similar to mine, all different and all seeming to require different cleaners. I have a hardwood living room, vinyl in my kitchen and tile in my bathrooms. I'm so glad my sister told me about this product because it's a game changer when used with the Bona Microfiber Mop. I could use it with other brands of mops that I haven tried in the past, but the Bona mop is at least twice the size and even more effective. The mop's disposable microfiber wipes do a great service in getting into the tiny grooves that inevitably accompany any chalking job. I used to have to take a tiny brush to these crevices in my bathroom and now have the confidence that a couple of swipes with the big Bona mop will take care of them instead! I can't even explain how much time this has saved me when cleaning our bathrooms! The floor cleaner itself has saved me a lot of time due to its versatility. As I stated, I used to use a separate cleaner for my hardwood, tile, and vinyl. Now I simply use this one cleaner for all three, so I am able to quickly vacuum all of my floors and then pre-spray them with the hard-surface cleaner. After that, it's easy to go over all of my hard-surface floors using about one disposable wipe per two rooms. I never have to scrub! It removes all the dog drools and paw marks from in front of my front door, and I live in the Pacific Northwest where it rains more often than not! Sometimes, I'm even able to get through all the rooms using only one wipe if they're not too dirty. I simply squeeze out the excess liquid a couple of times in between rooms. The cleaner itself never leaves streaks, as long as I keep the wipe relatively unsaturated. It's very easy to figure out when it needs changed or simply wrung out. The super-basic cleaner has a light citrus smell that leaves as soon as the cleaner dries on your floor. It doesn't take more than a minute to dry, and it leaves a nice subtle shine. There's no need to rinse this product with water and no need to put up baby gates to keep your pets and kids out while it dries; it's that quick! I feel safe using this planet-safe product around my pets and kids, as well, as it's water-based, neutral and certified for low chemical emissions. I am so happy I tried out this cleaner and now use it as the only one for our home's hard surfaces. It's a timesaver, a safe choice for the planet and much more effective than any of the other types of floor cleaners I've ever tried in the past! (The product's description states that this cleaner can be used on sealed stone, as well as vinyl, hardwood and tile. It should only be used on sealed chalking and may stain it otherwise. Since the tile chalking in my bathrooms and the chalking at my sister's home is sealed, I cannot speak to the effects of this product on unsealed chalking, nor on stone flooring.)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] a tile entryway is sometimes hard to keep clean, especially in the fall and winter. we keep a spray bottle of Bona floor cleaner and a mop near the door so i can clean up before i track all over the house
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes if im having a hard time sleeping, ill get up at weird hours and clean the house. Ill fill my bucket and get to mopping, this Bona floor spray makes mopping a breeze. I spray as I go after sweeping my tile floors. I will say I was expecting a strong scent of citrus and mint, but this was settle and clean. Quick an easy new way of getting cleaning done whenever you do it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is not much I can say about Bona Hard-Surface Floor Cleaner other than it does the job. It is easily competitive with other floor cleaners, but does not stand out as obviously superior to any of them.
Just bought the bono mop with the lemon/ mint cleaner for my new LVP floor. The scent is horrible and I only did a walk in closet to test. I can't imagine doing my whole house and being overwhelmed by the smell. It doesn't smell like lemon or mint in my opinion.
I do not usually leave reviews, but it was necessary to warn buyers......unless you want to mop twice please consider a different product. I used to absolutely love this Bona lemon mint scent when I first started using it 3 years ago and now it smells like dirty sweat socks! It leaves a sour smell as soon as it's mopped. I thought it was the mop so I washed the mop several times and made sure it was completed dry (not sour moist). Verdict.... IT's the product not my mop. this product does not age well in a bottle and I think BONA needs to resolve this....even new bottles smell horrid and I will no longer purchase.
