Did not realize when I ordered it that it was larger than the one I expected?

Too long and doesn't take the same size pads. Also doesn't fold neatly for hanging. Nowhere in the description does it say it doesn't use standard Bona pads. All of the mops should have the flexible corners and none should have stupid oversized pads that do not work in small apartments.

I bought it to clean my walls but it swivels and flops around and is hard to use. Keeping it because it was cheap and I can get replacement pads for it. Will tape it so it stays in one position.

This was a great buy. I love the Bona products but most stores bundled the mop with a lot of extras that I didn't need. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

10 times better than Swiffer! Stronger and bigger! A little more expense, but you save a lot more in the long run since all pieces are washable and reusable. You dont have to continually buy replacements [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I own a cleaning service, and we have been using Bona products for many years. Unfortunately, for some time now we have been forced to look for other companies. This mop is terrible; the pads curl up at the corners because the Velcro doesn't go all the way to the edge. It's also too short. The pads now have a modified cotton composition, increased from 80to 93%, this makes it very difficult to wash, requiring a lot of effort because it doesn't slide freely.

Just what my new wooden floors needed!!
