was mot happy with the controller...the buttins are stuck on it an since i boufgt it online an paid for it thru paypal..i cannot seem to get a refund or exchange without a recipte.
Item claims its compatible with Xbox X series. Bought one for each of my sons Neither will connectcto the Xbox console. Returning
it wouldn't hook up to my son's Xbox like it said it would it said it wasn't authorized and they only gave me a few days before they said they were going to shut the controller down and he couldn't use it at all. so I don't think that they should be selling anything like that if they can't use it. it was for his birthday and he really liked it but I had to take it back and get something else because of this. I think that's ridiculous!
When I bought it, my console (Xbox) literally told me that I have about one week to use it before it gets disabled because it wasn't an officially licensed controller. So please be awake of this happening to you or yours!
the product description specifies it can be used with xbox but that's not true. seriously don't waste your money. i now have a super cute controller that i can't use because it's not licensed by Microsoft.
I did not receive this item however it's stating that it's been delivered. I tried to get a refund but it's telling me to return the item which I do not have. How can we resolve this problem?
Received the controller, but the controller is no longer compatible with xbox and Microsoft after the end of this month because it isn't an xbox or Microsoft made controller. So i am returning it as xbox told me it is being banned. Don't waste your money cause it is no longer a compatible controller. Which is a bummer because it is a nice overall controller. Especially for the price.
it comes up as an unauthorized accessory on your xbox and only lets you play with it for a couple days.
Where the controller is unauthorized, it quits working after so many days and I cannot use it anymore.
Didn't even get the controller I ordered :( and it's saying something about unauthorized controller not happy
