Had a Bonavita BV1800TS for years with a glass lined carafe. Went to replace it with the now The Connoisseur. It has a SS lined carafe, we wanted the glass lined version. I tried to contact the number on the Bonavita official site and no one was available but to leave a message and someone would get back to me. The mailbox was full and was not taking any more messages. What is wrong with your company? You make a good product does that mean customer service is not needed! Why isn't a glass lined carafe available? It is a far better than stainless steel! If I can't get i touch with you or you do not respond I am sending the coffee maker back and will never purchase a product from you again. A copy of this complaint will be sent Walmart with the hope that maybe that will get your attention!!
