paid $17 online for this… when i received it , it had a $6 clearance sticker on it. Also the product doesn't work well

The seal was broken
When I opened the mailing package and took it out I realized the seal was broken.. very strange. I don't understand why the would send it out that way. It came in quickly and was cheaper than Amazon.

No good.
The first time I used this product it worked great! The second time I used it, the product gave me a rash everywhere, tiny red dots all over my skin and made me break out on my chest and neck and I never break out in those areas. You would be better off buying something worth your money.
