the couch artived in 2 boxes and took a few days to decompress to its actual shape. its comfortable and gits nicely in my apartment for me and my dog.

The leg broke pretty easily, its tiny 10-12 year old, not for a teen, a teen assembled it. Disappointed for sure

I purchased this sofa in August 2025; however, it remained in its original packaging for approximately six months. Upon unboxing it yesterday, February 6th, I observed that it had not fully expanded. As of today, the sofa's condition remains unchanged, and the cushions are still compressed. I have gently patted the item and refrained from sitting on it to allow for adequate expansion time. I am quite disappointed with the outcome. My in-laws purchased a similar boneless sofa from a different brand, and it expanded immediately upon unboxing, which was a positive experience. Consequently, I am concerned that I may have made an imprudent financial decision and am now contemplating the acquisition of another sofa, despite my reluctance, due to perceived necessity. I am experiencing significant frustration and disappointment.

This is a waste of money. The furniture is still the same size from removing it from the package. Do not buy this! Nothing has grown and it has been over 3 days. Not worth the buy and I really want my money back. Horrible! This is like something for a kid and not your living room whatsoever. I'm very disappointed!

i ordered 2 funtons from tbis merchant. only 1 was delivered. i have called Walmart customer service 4 times and this merchant has not emailed me or tried to contact me regarding the missing funton at all. so right now im out $300.00 and no funton. this has been the worst online buying experience OF MY LIFE. dont buy from this person. they obviously dont care if you get what youbpaid for or about stealing my money... there are no words to say that describe exactly how awful this experience has been. save yourself time, money and exhaustion and dont buy from them.
