Bonide 1.5 lbs. Bug & Slug Killer

This product works just as described!! Very effective on slugs and snails. Had earwigs and rollypolly bugs, haven't seen any of the above mentioned after application, 2 weeks ago.

This product is fairly simple to use. We just sprinkled it in our problem areas. We haven't seen much activity since using the product and are impressed. We will continue to use it, especially throughout the rainy months.

I sprinkled Captain Jack's like a Slavic curse, and the little freeloaders vanished like they saw Baba Yaga herself. Plants are thriving, peace is restored, and I didn't even have to lift a finger after applying. Safe for pets, deadly for pests—just how I like it. Captain Jack's serves dominance in a bottle. Period.

I put this out and I didn't see any for a minute, but we did have heavy rain so I need to retreat. I love that it doesn't harm my vegetables that are growing because that would've been a heart breaker lol. I didnt smell a scent and that makes it a 10 in my book!

We used in our garden felt it was safe around our produce, children, and pets after waiting of course! We saw good results timely and were able to save our produce from bugs this season.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging was extremely horrible and disappointing more than half of the product wasted inside of the box. The Captain Jacks Bug & Slug Killer seems ok I used it because I was experiencing bugs. There's a small minty scent but not unbearable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to open top for pouring out the granules. The granules are fairly large. They are white so easy to see. I used on an ant hill but it didn't seem to work very fast and after a few days still saw some activity but not as much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had received this earlier in the season when the slugs were out of control!! However I did try it for the ants and snails. I am not sure if I didn't sprinkle enough or what but it doesn't seem to work for snails. I mean I had snails snuggled up to it but they were still alive😫 I will continue to use but currently I really don't see its effectiveness. It also freaked me out!! It got wet and I thought oh no why is all this mold in my garden!!😭
