Delicious jam. Sweetened just enough.

I love Bonne Maman jams - they are the best - Even better than some homemade jams. All flavors are great - I especially love the raspberry. I buy these regularly and use the empty jars for leftovers. Two gifts in one. I certainly hope they continue to be made as I will continue to buy.

Bonne Maman preserves are wonderful. It doesn't matter what flavor you choose, you will be happy with it. Fresh tasting and delicious.

Lid seal was compromised on 4 of 8 jars shipped to me, resulting in some leakage into the packaging. After I cleaned them up and inspected them carefully, I decided to go ahead and consume them. They seem fine. Four arrived with lids and vacuum intact. I am puzzled how shipping could have resulted in lid vacuum being lost.

Although the jam is delicious, I was not pleased with shipping. Two jars came with loose caps, and the jam had leaked all over! I contacted customer service, and the bottles were replaced.

It appeared the lid had been damaged before packing as the preserves had leaked into the bubble wrap and on into the container box. I think the preserves were contamined as the inside of the lid had the appearance of some rust. I threw the preserves away and will be cautious of purchasing items such as jellies and preserves again.
