I buy these every summer from marketplace and they are absolutely awesome very sweet
End of season harvest, had prolific fruits, definitely a longer developing fruit to peak ripeness. 100-120 days. One plant produced 20+ fruits, plenty big too. Very juicy and flavorful once ripe. 30-35lb average melon size.
Was excited to Grow these. Had 7-9 large melons (22-25lb) but the results were disappointing. See the pics. I waited until stem got brown to pick. Not worth the effort. And they have big seeds!! (Why does the pic above show it's SEEDLESS??)
This item was only available for shipping so someone dropped it off at my house and they put them in Walmart sacks. The stems were broken and dirt was everywhere. I hope that I can get them to grow or this was a waste of money.
I never received it, but I was charged for it and it isn't on my receipt anymore but I guess I paid for the ghost melon and one of the 2 plants on the order but not adjusted
I did not order this item. I thought I was ordering a watermelon. I need my refund.
I didn't see the small print Had choose fresh produce and wanted a watermelon NOT the plant!
I bought these at the end of April 2024 planted they grew like crazy had a ton of watermelons not a single one was good they only ripped around the seeds like the other pictures I live in TX so perfect for melons.I think these have a genetic flaw I wonder how many others that bought the plants had this problem!!I will never buy them again very upsetting
