plants were in great shape and the delivery person was very careful with them unlike my sweet basil plants that arrived smashed and dumped upside down on my porch and they were dead the tomato plants are very healthy and are growing good
It arrived on a freezing morning wrapped up in a Walmart plastic bag. We gave it a bigger pot %26 some TLC. It's doing great. Looking forward to harvesting delicious roma tomatoes 🍅
I bought several varieties of tomato plants recently, this is one of them. I garden in containers on my deck. Since some of the larger tomatoes can grow on gigantic plants, I select those that will be moderately sized. The Roma is good variety for several reasons. It is a smaller size that can be chopped and used in salads, on tacos or sliced on burgers. They keep a long time in the frig and are tasty. They also cook well when used in sauces, salsas or soups. This plant arrived in a healthy condition and about 5 inches tall, unlike the one pictured. The foliage was healthy, had some new shoots growing on it but was not as big and full as the image. It has been planted and is growing well. I can address the produce as it develops. The prices seemed higher this year for a single tomato plant, but then almost everything has gone up lately. Good plant, good tomato and okay price.
Have the plants where really nice and the other have the plants where very small and sickly over all I'm pleased with the plants I've been buying
when having plants delivered... think about how they are placed.. must of my plants were sideways in plastic bag.. and dried out.. not very happy about this.. my order was almost $60. there are plastic trays that they come in... why wouldn't you have used 1 or 2 to protect the plants..leves are damaged.. hoping for the best with these.. also place have them places on porch not steeps
This plant is TINY for the price tag. HEB has better price and healthier plants. Soil was bone dry. Leaves completely wilted.
Plant arrived in a plastic Walmart bag with the plant upside down and the dirt in the bottom of the bag. The tomato plant was broken and beyond saving. I would not recommend this product.
The stake identifying the plant type is as tall as the plant - about 2 inches. As you can see the leaves are drooping and it's certainly nothing like the picture.
The plant was dead. The leaves were all brown. I tried to return it and the system has been having issues for 3 days. The person who chose this plant had to have done it intentionally.
This is not the tomato plant I ordered.I ordered a roma i got a beefsteak instead.. But I will keep it , because I enjoy beef steak..
