I had a shredder %26 after about 15 years, my step-granddaughter (20 yrs old) shoved too many sheets %26 too long %26 burned it up. I ordered this one %26 it performs excellently...as long as I don't let her use it!

Haven't used it yet. Old shredder started working the day this one arrived. Looks nice. Size is good. I have wornout four units in five %26 a half years. Clearing paperwork of four generations dating back to 1944, when returned from WWII.

Terrible shredder. Have to clean the blades with your fingers after every shred. Have to use oil to lubricate constantly. Shreds pile up without even distribution. Slow, loud, hot, barely functional. Do not buy.

nice design and color. poor craftmanship, it didnt last even a week. we never overloaded it, and ut still jammed and became unusable.
