Very quiet. Strong motor, works a long time without overheating. The bin could be bigger, but now that I'm caught up on shredding it won't be an issue. Super product - yes, pick this one Super fast shipping too!

Bonsen 16-sheet cross-cut paper shredder

Nothing beats a failure but a try , so try it
The arrival of the product was great double packaged. Easy to set up and immediately made the most of the day shredding . This was worth the money

after shredding for a total of fours hours, ,not consecutively, and no more than four pages at a time, it started to get stuck. no red light, just the shredder not going withe a solid blue. Tried the reverse back and for, worked for a minute, then not. I got 6 large trash bags of shredded papers, but this machine goes in one of those bags to the trash

Not worth it!!!
The issue I have with this product is that it says it can take a certain amount of sheets of paper at once. However it's vi patently getting jammed and there even paper stuck in the corner of the shredder right now! And it was just purchased! I would never buy again!

Don't Buy
Shredder operated fine the first time used and waste bin emptied. After the waste bin was put back in the shredder would not take any papers in to shred. The motor just ran and ran. Do not recommend this shredder at all. The price point was good overall but the shredder does not work.

"Buyer Beware"
It got an A for design because it looked great standing beside my desk but, bought it in January 2025, it was on the trash truck in May 2025. From the start consistently jamming with no more than 5 sheets at a time. Sometimes so tight nearly impossible to clear with a ice pick. Finally jammed for good. Couldn't clear it. Lasted just long enough that I couldn't return it. So, trashed it. Like throwing away $160 cash !!!!!

Go else where for a shredder
Paper flys all over when can is pulled out of container . And it's not full . Can hard to put back into container. Cheaply made , flimsily.
