The lumbar massage motor doesn't work, but the rest do. Overall, it's a great chair and would recommend it to others!! ❤️

This chair is a good choice for handicap.

I received the chair today and put it together. It consisted of sliding both sides on and then the back. Took about 30 seconds total. I only gave it four stars because it goes up and down slower than most of the lift chairs I have seen. At this point, I realize I have not really had a chance to check it out but one day, but it seems to be pretty good. It works as it should and it's very comfortable. Is this one hair holds up even for a year I will feel like I've got my moneys worth. I'm going to try to post a picture below.

The chair looks great in the add (they always do, don't they). However, it has several flaws. First, the switches are wired backward. Front goes backward and back goes forward. Second, the chair wobbles from side to side when moving and always lists to the left. There's a board across the back that presses on your lower spine. The washable covers are a great idea, but they shrank. For $289.00, free shipping, it's not the worst deal, but better quality control would have made it much better.

The chair is cheaply made, (the materials) the chair don't have great cushioning and when you sit in chair there is a board at your tail bone that really hurts if you sit for a little bit. I don't recommend for elders that are staying long period of time I chair or gets bed sores easily or back, neck, hip problems. Do not trust drink in cup holder to stay without spilling if they sit chair up to get up or lean all the way back to relax.

I only received the seat and 1 arm of this lift recliner! The back and other arm are not here and the delivery man didn't have any other package for us! Not Cool! Also the box was tour up and the tape had bustiest loose on one side but there was no room for any more pieces that might have fallen out!

I don't like the chairs. Are very uncomfortable and hard for elders no cushion at all and the reclining degree is not 180 as is described but no more then 160 and the leg support it always stays low. The back of the chair never comes to a seating up position but kind of the beginning of lay down.
