When my furniture was delivered. No one was here to help put it together. I was very upset because I paid for the assembly. They after calling Walmart and Angi about the problem. Then the assembly guy came two days later. His service was no longer needed. I had to call the police on him and the no one would give me my refund for the assembly. Three weeks later I received only half of my refund. I was upset, but I'm happy now. The furniture is nice and I love it.

The assembly was awesome--it was initially confusing because only half of the chair arrived, and then I got messages from Walmart saying that it had been delivered ... I wish Walmart wouldn't have sentthe delivered messages until the whole item arrived ... but--I like it ...

This is a beautiful recliner. It's comfortable. The color is just as the picture. Granted I'm 69: and need a knee replacement, but it's hard to manage the locking of the chair back into place. I literally have to do it with my hands on each side of the bottom of the seat. One side really rubs the cup holder and makes it stiffer. The assembly guy offered to undo the spring on the really stiff side, but I declined knowing it would get easier in time. But that's my only reason for not giving it five stars.

We are in our 70's %26 have to pull a cord to bring up the recliner foot, Way too hard for older people to push the foot back down into place. Had we known they did not have better access we would not have purchased that set. But we are stuck with them now.

boxes were torn and damaged, and we found 7 scratches on the material, the fed ex delivery waited for us to open the boxes, and he witnessed the scratches. since this was done by packing and shipping, that we paid for, we believe that we should be reimbursed for the packing and shippind. we dont like to complain, but we did not order damaged furniture...

This loveseat is very sturdy and comfortable. It did not come with a remote pouch on the side like shown in some pictures, and it does NOT have heating and massage capabilities like what was implied in some other reviews. Also one of the pieces that connects the two seats together is bent, causing one of the leg rests to overlap the other so they can not be extended at the same time. The color is more black than olive green but there is a slight hint of green. Overall it would be great but there's a lot not great about it.

Only one chair for this couch showed up!!!! MISSING 2 CHAIRS, ARM RESTS, FOOT RESTS. RIDICULOUS!!! NOW I SEE ONLINE THAT THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM! WALMART STILL ADVERTISES AND SELLS FOR THEM, BUT THEN WON'T HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!! ALL RETURNS MUST GO THROUGH SELLER AND THEY DON'T RESPOND!!

I would not recommend this love seat recliner it's JUNK. I tried to return it but they don't want it back. I got 10% back out of a 500 dollars. I got like 52.00 dollars back. what a rip off. the love seat is uncomfortable and the recliner don't work. I keep finding little nails coming out of the cousins. live %26 learn. JUST JUNK JUNK
