It is comfortable for my back especially when it is in TV position. I like the fact it sits up with me without having to force it up like my old recliner had to be forced up with the foot rest being pushed at the same time. The footrest on this recliner still has to be manually pushed down but once it gets started it snaps carefully in to place. It went together nicely for assembly, though I could have benefitted with a helping hand. My family was not available that day. I have arthritis in the back %26 shoulders %26 had back surgery in the past. Finding a comfortable sitting position is fairly easy in this recliner. It is also comfortable enough to sit in so that my legs are not quite as sore as usual when I need to get up. My legs are short enough that if I want to sit up in 1st position I do have to have a pillow behind my back. That is not the chairs' fault that I have such short legs. I have fallen asleep several times in this recliner with it just in the 1st %26 middle positions. I am very happy to have found this recliner.

Seat is comfortable but a little deep. Foot rest is a little hard to lock in. Massage mechanism could be lower in the back. It hits higher up on my back. If reclining you will have to scoot up some or it will massage your shoulders. Arm rest are to low to be comfortable. Overall three and half to four stars. You get what you pay for. Good enough for the price point.

It's a very nice chair, very comfortable. I'm 5'2", I imagine someone taller than 5'5" might not be quite as comfortable. Assembly was easy once we figured out the L/R stickers were on the wrong arms. I'm slightly concerned the pull tab to recline might not last as long as I need it to (years), but time will tell.

I thought this was going to be a okay chair. I am only 4'9 and i can't get out of the chair very well, there is no give in the cusion your just sitting on top of the cousion, No comfort at all. the massage is good, when you lay back you feel the wood in your back. Disappointed but it will work ,

This chair is extremely cheaply made! Doesn't even have arms on it just some material that velcro to wood slats! Would not even be good for a child because it's so small totally horrible purchase and I would send it back but it would take to much time and energy to disassemble it...

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!! I put it together with it being nothing but Velcro assembly, NO SEAT CUSHION FOR A 200lb grown man,leans towards back always,NO PILLOW HEAD REST,ARM CUSHIONS FILLED WITH LITTLE BALLS OF STUFFING….U FEEL A BOARD UNDER UR BUTT AND BEHIND UR MIDDLE BACK!!! I WOULD NOT PAY 50 BUCKS IN A YARD SALE… ILL BE REQUESTING SOMETHING BEING DONE. I bought this chair because I bought one last Christmas and still happy with that chair…..if I don't get this fixed my FACE BOOK AND YOU TUBE VIDEO WILL NOT BE GOOD FOR THE COMPANY….ill be calling tomorrow east coast time….

Chair came missing a piece. I've bee going back and forth with the company on sending the piece. Stated they would send me new one and then couple days later they wanted to confirm again what piece was missing as it would make their stock low if they send me a new chair. Would not recommend.

very cheaply made, uncomfortable,you can barely feel the vibration and heat,low to the ground hard to get the foot rest back in the chair . the fabric is Velcro and keeps coming off the chair i would send them back but there is complaints you won't get your money back.definitely wouldn't recommend this item.

I received my order on 12/6/24 but found it was a botched order I found after opening boxes i was sent 2 bottoms/seats of 2 different recliners and both were different colors, now i have 2 bottoms sitting in my living room, with no backs or side panels and i spoke with Walmart and rhey said they would have the seller reach out to within 48 hrs this is day 6 and i have heard nothing from anyone ! I am very disappointed

I must say this chair is really out of the ordinary! putting it together was strange and the use of the foot rest was also strange to me. I've had other chairs, (recliners) they were nothing like this one. I would not recommend it because of putting it together was a little bit of a struggle and the use of it is not very comfortable.
