We are very happy with this beautiful chair! The chair looks good and easy to assemble. It has a nice heavy base, so it doesn't slide around on the wood floor, and it feels like quality construction. Recling was easy with the pull, but manually pushing the foot piece back into place took effort. Wish that was automatic for sure, Such is life eh? We haven't tried the heat or massage feature yet. In my opinion, this chair makes me a winner, and I like that too.

This is the most awesome rocker, recliner for the money ever. Not only heats, vibrates but also swivels. Super comfortable and plush and has a high back so your head can rest in comfort. Probably will order another one. Love it! Love it!

Great chair just what I wanted.

I'm trying to love my chair… I ordered GRAY… everyone says it's Blue. As I also say. I don't like that the foot rest is so hard to put down… it already ‘ didn't do anything' when I tried to sit and relax. But someone told me to turn it over %26 check everything. I pressed wired good %26 turned it over %26 it worked… hope it will continue to work I'm a 77 year old lady trying to do these things by myself… ( otherwise… it's pretty %26 comfortable)

Everything about the recliner was great with assembly and all but try to get the recliner locked down when getting up is to hard. If it were smooth it would get 5 stars and that alone ruined it for me. The remote assembly was easy and it's awesome with massage and heat. Overall great except for the declining position.

The arms are terrible. One ripped the first week and the other within a month. They don't stay on and the chair is sounding like boards scraping together now when I turn.

Very comfortable, except difficult to get out of the chair-you have to use your legs to force the chair out of recliner mode, which is very difficult unless you have very strong legs! Do not get this for elderly or medically weak person!!! Easy to assemble. Good massage and heat features...that only worked for six weeks! Will be returning, which will be a royal pain!

Honestly, I hate this recliner, and am very disappointed with it. I very much dislike that the arm rests attach by zipper on one side of the rest and by Velcro on the other side of the same rest. Zipper side is fine but the Velcro is ridiculous. There isn't any Velcro on the strips that are attached to the arm rest pieces or on the recliner itself that the arm rest is supposed to attach to. And the arm rests keep flipping out away from the chair, only staying attached by the zipper side. I knew the recliner is manual when purchasing it but I had no idea that to close the leg recliner would be such a workout and or having to get off the chair with the leg recliner up and then closing it with my hands. The fabric is wonderful. The seat is a bit on the firm side but figured over time that would soften anyways. The heat was ok. Color looks more like a pretty dark green than a dark grey. How do I return the recliner?

This chair is totally uncomfortable, has knots. In the bottom of the seat where you sit down, I didn't like it at all.

This chair was sent to me missing the arm pads.
