Love this chair! Definitely get your moneys worth with this one! I even ordered a second one. I have gotten so many compliments on these chairs and people are shocked they are Walmart. The green is a beautiful colour and the wood matches well with our other wood finishes.

Beautiful chairs but assembly was challenging %26 modifications were done since I didnt want to return them. I love them %26 happy with my purchase. Ill be looking at Walmart furniture to buy in the future

It is lower to the floor like most mid century modern furniture but has a deep seat and works well for any size person. The material is nice and I love the muted greenish /gray color. It comes with a very small cushion for back support but I switched it out for a thicker accent pillow. I’m 5’4” tall and 135 pounds so I needed that for optimal comfort. I highly recommend this chair. It was easy to assemble.

Customer service is awful!!! I hope you don't get a broken chair!! One of the chairs went together great! The other one is half assembled because the holes didn't line up in the cushion snd back of the chair. I have been contacting customer service for over a week and they send me the same AI message over and over again telling me to watch a video on how to assemble the chair, send them pictures of the box and the issue. So I do that ans get no response, so I follow up with a message asking if they received my message and they send me the same message again about watching a video on how to put it together. I put one chair together. I know how to do it. The holes are off by a lot! All I want is a new cushion and back.

If I could give this seller zero stars, I would. The item I received did not match the product photos on the listing once assembled. When I requested a return for a refund, what should have been a simple process turned into an exhausting and frustrating back-and-forth. Instead of honoring a straightforward return, the seller repeatedly stalled. They asked for multiple photos of the boxes, SKUs, and packaging, then attempted to deflect responsibility by blaming “lighting conditions” in their listing photos. After that, they tried to push partial solutions instead of a return, including a 10% discount, then offering to a small amount of money if I would keep the item, and finally stating there would be a $60 return shipping fee. At no point did they respect my clearly stated request to return the item for a full refund. This felt like deliberate resistance designed to wear the customer down rather than provide legitimate customer service. Buyers beware: if the item doesn’t meet your expectations, be prepared for unnecessary delays, deflection, and pressure to keep a product you don’t want. I would strongly caution against purchasing from this seller.

Quality of the product is not really good and while assembly the screw wasn’t fitting and it was so hard. We have ordered before from Walmart but this seller and this product is not as expected. Wanted to return but at assembly it is done and now hard to take it back.

The package was delivered in poor condition, with the box partially torn. It took over a week to negotiate with the seller to have the damaged package returned for a full refund. I’m still awaiting a final resolution, despite the seller's agreement and the provision of the return shipping label.

The chair is great quality but customer service has been nonexistent. The color was too dark so I wanted to return. I’ve tried contacting the company 3 times and no one has responded. Walmart has contacted them too. I would’ve never bought them if I would’ve known it was this hard to return.

Chairs were broken, poor quality. The linen was so thin and under it there was a bunched up extra material that you couldn't straighten or fix and it was on the outside of the chair, so a huge eyesore. Style was great too bad it is poor quality.

The right armrest is chipped I contacted seller twice. NO response on sending item back or getting a replacement arm. I am calling Walmart to stop payment to this company until resolved. I would not recommend this company to purchase from.
