Great looking comfortable chair

Very cute chair! The first chair I bought arrived with the leather covers already on the cushions. Perfect, so I ordered a second chair. The second one arrived with the cushions folded in the box which made the leather crease and the creases/lines didn't go away when it was on the cushion so I had to return the second chair.

This chair is much nicer than expected for the price. Sturdy and stylish. Wish the seat back fastened to the chair, otherwise no complaints.

Great quality!!! However the seat sits so far back it's uncomfortable. Hopefully with a pillow behind it will sit better….

I wanted to love these chairs but I needed two for the space and they came in completely different wood tones…. This is very obvious from all angles and it's frustrating because in order for me to get matching colors I essentially need to just buy more and hope I get one that matches. But each time I buy a pair I have to pay 15-20 in shipping costs. Pretty frustrating that in order to get matching chairs I need to waste more of my own money… I reached out to the company and they responded a few times then stopped replying a week or so ago.

After 3 weeks of waiting to receive the item, I open the box and they sent me a USED Open Box product IN THE WRONG COLOR WAY all together. All to have to end up “returning” it to repurchase at a HIGHER price point. You get way you pay for, low quality product and customer service.

Two of the six threaded screw holes were completely stripped. Quality control is terrible and in this state the chair is not structurally sound. Also the back cushion has about half the padding it needs to have.
