Amazing and comfortable product! It came in three boxes. Day 1 only 2 boxes arrived and the center part was missing . But next day third box also arrived. And it was a very assembly! Product looks amazing.

This was packed very well and very easy to get in the door and set it up. Beautiful recliner.

I worked in the furniture industry for37 years and was shocked at the price for a product of this quality. How the product was packaged and shipped to my door and easy assembly. I bought two more one with power and happy with everything.

I would gladly recommend this recliner to anyone that wants to sit comfortably or just want to take a nap. It's easy to get in and out of it. It's very sturdy but I love it and I love the color. I love the material. It is amazing. I've searched and searched and searched for several months looking at several different recliners, but I chose this one and I was correct. Thank you so much and God bless you all of you. By the way for seniors, this is an excellent sturdy chair recliner for you to be able to get in and out of. I do not have no problem whatsoever sitting down in it and getting up and out of it and for fathers, this would be an excellent chair to give to a father or a grandfather for Father's Day. They would love it.

Arrived on time, easy assembly but the arm rests don't go as the instructions say. The ergonomics of the recliner is very poor and the chair is not very soft. The lever for reclining feels too easy that i fear it can get bad easily. The back rest could lean forward a bit.

There is a small gap between the back rest and the seat. The back rest leans back too much, not ergonomic and not very soft. Ergonomic when reclining and not when just leaning back. The assembly wasn't hard but the parts didn't come together and very late.

Not as robust as hoped for. The arm rests do not have drink holders as in original ad.

Quality not there. See how it holds up May be state of the art now. But surely not built the way things were in the past. Advertised as Leather. Not Sure. Has plastic smell

It is cheaply made and will most likely need to be replaced in a couple years...I doubt it will make 5 years.
