Bonzy Home Recliner Chairs with Massage and Heat Overstuffed Fabric Metal Frame Manual Reclining Chair

Got these chairs as a part of a black Friday special and I was amazed by the quality and comfort of these chairs. They heat up evenly and the massage is the best for taking it midday nap.

Very nice and functional! Little more padding on the seat would be nice! On the sides of the arms the flaps stick out a bit. Velcro works to keep them down! ! Wish the leg platform was a bit longer! Good value for the money!

Looks nice and works properly but it makes you sit little funny in the rear unless reclined. The material also isn't the most durable by any means. A 20 pound dog put his paws on my knees rhe one fut dropped to the chair and it was an instant hole.

Company very poor communication skills. I stated that I worked. I also asked if they could put it more under my carport to keep out of the rain. I was told I could wait for it and ask them to put it in a different area . That doesn't help, when I stated “I work!” Poor quality of a chair. I guess for $300 What do you expect? Spend the extra, and get a better chair.

Made for a person about 5'4” weighing 145lbs. Vibrating isn't strong enough and equipment pokes through the fabric making it uncomfortable. I will probably sell and buy another one out of a furniture store.

Dislike the way it sits upright, how hard it is to close the recliner, and the flap design of the arm rests. Notate its padding is extra hard which will most likely soften over time. For price it is what it is tho.

first of all the mechanism the recliner it's hard to put back down specially for older people the side knob it's a terrible terrible terrible it sits up too straight I feel like I'm up in the air

ordered a set of 2 in natural brown received 1 they said it was natural brown it is clearly charcoal grey they did give me a refund of 30 for the color difference then after about 1 month later they sent me the second chair gave me a choice of camel or light gray cause they did not have natural brown I chose camel to try and match my living room then the next day they said they did not have camel so I now have a charcoal gray and a light gray in my cabin living room that is done in brown and I had already got rid of my original recliners so I have to use them till I find brown.So no would not recommend to anyone very unsatisfied with this order and how it was handled.

Chairs are great. Work nice sturdy built. But they allow for color variation. So brown chairs that are ordered, actually grey! Just be ready to change the whole look of your house. Hoping my 0 stars for appearance goes thru or I def would have put 0. Of course they make it right but now my living room looks ridiculous! ANDDDDD “Walmart” is no help in any situation with this company. All they can do is shoot them an email. In Hong Kong.

We have had these chairs 3 months. the massage quit working on one already and the foot part sticks. they do not hold up and are poor quality
